Any changes in information must be promptly communicated to ensure continued compliance.
My Tax Sathi makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of services. However, timelines may vary depending on government portals, third-party authorities, technical issues, regulatory changes, or delays caused by the client. We shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Fees charged for services are based on the scope of work agreed upon at the time of engagement. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope may be subject to additional charges. All fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Government fees, penalties, late fees, or statutory charges are not included unless specifically stated.
My Tax Sathi does not guarantee any specific outcome, refund amount, tax saving, approval, or acceptance by any government authority. Decisions made by tax authorities, regulatory bodies, or government departments are beyond our control, and My Tax Sathi shall not be held liable for rejections, objections, assessments, or adverse orders.

All intellectual property including content, branding, logos, documents, templates, and materials shared by My Tax Sathi remain the property of the firm unless stated otherwise. Clients may use such materials only for personal or business purposes related to the services availed and may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse them without written consent.
Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information, pricing, processes, or internal communications received from My Tax Sathi. Similarly, My Tax Sathi is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
My Tax Sathi reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if a client is found to be engaging in unlawful activities, misrepresentation, non-cooperation, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. Termination of services does not absolve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.
